1/8 tsp ground ginger —
1/8 tsp ground turmeric
1/8 tsp ground amla —
.4g dried chili —
0.15g dried kelp —
.25ml Viridian Liquid D = 1000iu. —
2.1g flax seeds
2.1g chia seeds
270g boiling water
6g green tea —
Blend to smooth and pour into a bowl, then stir in:
27g cooked soya beans
27g cooked chickpeas
27g cooked adzuki beans
