I beat my lowest ever average heart rate reading again – 42.17 bpm. An awesome 5 minute average for a 53 year old… How low can this go? 😀

I finally smash through the 40bpm barrier to get 38.62bpm. 😀 While doing a CO2 apnea table with one breath, 10 second, rests… Not bad for a 53 year old.
