Sweet Potato Moose…

A delicious desert that is yummy sweet and incredibly healthy at the same time.

Warning, do not try this with a low powered blender, you’ll burn the motor out. You’ll need at least 1200 watts. I use a Salter Pro 1500 and this desert comes out perfect.

Ingredients…

300 ml cold water
350 g raw sweet potato – cut into chunks
1 ripe banana
1 fig – dried or fresh
20 g dates
10 g goji berries
15 g root ginger
20 g frozen blueberries
40g frozen berry mix – you can buy nice frozen mixes in most supermarkets
1 orange – peeled
6.5 g whole flax seeds
7.5 g whole hemp seeds
5 black peppercorns – preferably Tellicherry special extra bold
1/8th tsp dried or fresh chilli – you don’t want this hot, just a little sparkly
5 g fresh turmeric root – or 1.25 g powdered turmeric

Place all ingredients in blender and spin it up until smooth. Serve and eat straight away and enjoy all the lovely healthiness that it brings to your body.
