Front Finning…

Place a padded stool next to your bed that’s just slightly higher than your bed.

Lie on your front and kick your legs like you were swimming in fins.

Place something soft on the floor (so you don’t hurt your feet) and keep your toes pointed like you were wearing fins and lower your feet until the tops of your feet are touching the floor then raise your leg until it’s as high as it will go.
