For anyone taking fish oil supplements, or eating oily fish, because you’ve been made to believe it’s good for you, think again.
Basically, the fish oil/oily fish thing has all been a big con to get you to buy something that you never needed in the first place. The oceans and seas are being depleted rapidly of life and we do not need to be killing more of it to make supplements that serve no value to health whatsoever. So stop buying this stuff!
Yes, you need Omega 3, but get it from healthy food like fresh ground whole flax and whole chia seeds instead, not from fish oil that contains lots of stuff that’s bad for you.
