Zwift TT’s…

The various 40km, 100km, 56 mile & 112 mile TT courses i like to ride on Zwift, and my best times.

I know, i suck at TT’s, but i’m only 113lb so my overall power just doesn’t come up to much. But for a 53 year old that only started training on my 50th birthday i’m more than pleased with my results so far. Using set courses like these i’ve been able to see my improvements as my times come down and my endurance improves. And there’s definitely more speed and distance to be had as i get stronger and fitter. Just goes to show, you’re never too old to get fit and healthy.

So why not jump on board, set some times, enjoy riding them and i’ll see you on the leader boards. Ride On…
